Weekly Coaching Sessions
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- 5 hours each week by phone
- Coaching Mirror reflections from your coach after each session
24/7 Access to Your Coach—text, email, phone, or interact with your coach between sessions
In Your Space Coaching Sessions
- Two to three coaching sessions in your space – at work or where your goals are being realized.
- Half-day or full-day experiences for you and your coach to attend meetings, conversations, and interactions where your goals are being realized
- Measuring progress towards goal completion and certainty around next steps for success
Measuring Your Success
- Crafting stories around each goal to demonstrate your goal achievement to your leader, peers, team or others
- Measuring goal completion for the coaching experience
